More than you want to know about me
I was raised in Bedford NH back when it was primarily a rural setting. I went to The Derryfield School in Manchester, Windham College in Putney VT and then McGill 
University in Montreal for Graduate school wirh a dual concentration - "Regulated Industries" and "Money and Banking."
Beginning in highs school I worked summers as a land surveyor working for civil engineering and planning firms in Bedford and Portsmouth. I starting at the lowest possible position – rod man, but ten years later when I left McGill, I had crawled my way through every job until I was office manager. I then moved on to an executive sales position with Hewlett Packard representing many products from lasers for the manufacture of computer chips to scientific computers.
After twenty years with HP I opted to spend more time with 
my teenagers, Sara and Richie. More time on the sidelines; soccer sidelines, lacrosse sidelines, track sidelines, cheering sidelines.
I found my way to real estate through the wisdom of my wife, Julie. She pointed out “economist, land surveyor, technology, salesperson - can it be more obvious?” As usual, Julies was right - I found something that I really enjoy, and once in a while I get paid.
